MELKITE GUARDIANS

The Melkite Guardians, though technically the parish Men's Group, is a group of Melkite- Catholic adults of all ages, bound together by Christ's love and a desire to grow closer to our God.

The mission of the group is to encourage one another to lead balanced lives by providing opportunities for spiritual enrichment, social interaction, philanthropy, and service.

GOALS OF THE GROUP

To continue the work of the Holy Transfiguration Church's founding fathers and mothers by maintaining and expanding our parish.

To serve the Holy Transfiguration community, and to promote social and charitable activities among its members.

To reach out to parishioners who have stayed away from the church.

Most importantly, to strengthen our commitment, to deepen our faith and our relationship with God through a community of peers.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the organization includes all adults, single and married. The membership dues consist of dedication, creativity, talent and love for the Holy Transfiguration Church. Any person who wants to help fulfill the group's mission is encouraged to participate and become an active member.

One person can make a difference in our community, and that person is you. You will meet people, learn new skills, share your talents, and experience different cultures.
